If you are one of those users who are facing connectivity issues on Samsung Galaxy S5 and you are very distressed because of these connectivity issues and unable to connect mobile data, 3G or 4G. Some people are complaining about they are getting H+ as they should get 3G. So these are some sort of serious problems which should be fixed as soon as possible. So I came up with a solution of these issues and considered that I should share the solution over on K6V. So I am going to guide you how you can easily get rid on the no connectivity issues on Galaxy S5.
Fix Mobile Data Connectivity Problems (3G/H/H+)
This method contains some simple and easy steps to just follow and fix this issue. Follow the simple steps below:
You should first try any other network SIM, maybe your network is the problem. You can try any SIM get it from your friend or family member to try if this solves your issue.
If the above method didn’t solved your issue then try switching your mobile network settings from LTE/WCDMA/GSM to Auto
To do so follow the steps:
- Launch Settings.
- Tap on Network Connections> More Networks> Network Mode.
- You will see a pop-up and select Auto.
After changing the settings your mobile will now reboot. When your device turns on if you still don’t get the network connectivity switch back to LTE/WCDMA/GSM mode. Check after the reboot if you got the network connectivity. This method did work for most of the people; you should give it a try.
If that didn’t worked for you try switching your phone to airplane mode and vice versa. If all these methods didn’t work with your device then you should take your device to Samsung Service Center, they will fix your problem or replace your device with a new one.
